LIFESTYLE // Summer Essentials Wish List

Yesterday I had my first shift back at work for the summer. It's strange working in retail again - and my feet are killing after that 8 hour shift - but my heart started beating at 200 bpm when I realised I'd have a pay check coming in again. It really is the small things isn't it? Anyway, it got me thinking about what I could potentially buy in a month's time and, of course, I decided to make a wish list. New season, new wardrobe right?

First up is the Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation. I have had a 10 day trial (which lasted closer to 15-20) and I am in love. I have finally found my perfect shade. It stays put. It doesn't cling too bad to dry patches and is super easy to apply. It is 100% the first thing I am buying on pay day. Following on the beauty theme is this Essie nail polish in 400 Pool-side service. My housemate bought it and it is the most amazing colour. I don't tend to get Essie polishes too often because they are far from cheap but the colour is worth the £7.99 price tag.

I am so close to buying myself a Fujifilm Instax camera. I think it'll be a great way to capture memories for Graduation (and if I hurry up PMB next weekend!). I wanted a Polaroid when I was a kid and now I'm earning money I might treat myself to the one thing I pined for for years but never got as a kid. I'll just have to get over the price of film first!

Now, you can take the girl out of a fashionable lifestyle but you can never take the fashion out of the girl. The Topshop Delilah tie-up sandals are perfect. From the lace-up leg to that high but not too high heel - they are making their way into my summer wardrobe. Next up is this Boohoo Lana embroidered dress. Boohoo's plus size collection is amazing this Summer and if I were going on holiday I'd own so much of it. Lastly, because I cannot say no to a pineapple, is this ASOS curve pineapple ring. I'm not generally a ring wearer but this one is adorable, matches my day to day necklace and should be pretty comfy. 

I don't want to add up how much this all costs but you've got to treat yo'self right?
