Hello!
Just before Christmas I treated myself to my first Essie polish. I had been put off my the hefty price (considering the colours are nice but not that unique) but I was very pleasantly surprised. It's a lovely polish!
Berry hard is a very dark berry colour that looks beautiful on. I have to apply one thin coat, followed by 2 really thick coats, to get a nice glossy, gel-esque look. My favourite thing about this polish is that it dries so quickly. It only takes me about 30 minutes to have three coats which are pretty much dry. That is definitely a plus for me,
Overall, it is a gorgeous shade which gives a shiny gel finish super, duper quickly. What else can you want?
Have you tried any Essie polishes? What are your favourites? Let me know!
I love that colour! So gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteGlad it dries quickly too as I always end up knocking them!

Yeah, I'm awful when it comes to knocking them! Everyone raves about Essie polishes and I can see there are some pros to them. However, I do think I'd rather just spend the $3 on a Maybelline/Barry M polish!

That looks like an absolutely gorgeous colour. I really love Essie polishes, mainly for the brushes, so I'll definitely want to pick this one up, what a lovely colour! :)

It was quite easy to apply! I'm not sure I'd pick up another Essie polish anytime soon purely for the price! It is such a lovely colour though and my fave this winter.

Seems like my kind of colour, never heard of this brand before! I'd love to try it. :)

It's definitely worth having a try if you can get them cheap. Try Fragrance Direct - they always have complete bargains!

I just got 2 Essie nail polishes from Fragrance Direct for like £2.50 each or something, really nice colours as well, think they must be from a few seasons/years ago but nothing wrong with them, can't wait to try them out as never had an Essie before either.

Wow, that's brilliant! What a bargain! With nail varnish, as long as it hasn't separated, it doesn't matter how old it is. There are so many gorgeous colours - I found it hard to choose one!

It is gorgeous! I haven't seen this shade in the UK so I don't know if it's a Canada only shade? There are lots that are seriously similar though!

I always see them in TK Maxx and am so tempted (especially over Christmas this year!). I ended up getting the Ciate mani manor and some Leighton Denny instead though - you can't say no to Leighton Denny!

Oooh that is the most gorgeous colour! I have such a weakness for darker nail varnishes, especially berry tones.
