Hello there!
Please excuse the capital letters but I am incredibly excited. Yesterday I found out, after a horrific month and a half of waiting, that I managed to get a first for my second year of my chemistry degree. Yes, I know - I may or may not have cried (okay, I cried).
Not only that, I've officially been given my grades so I am officially moving to Vancouver in less than two months. Yes, I know - I cried! Excitement does not cover it.
Please note: this is my excited face.
So that is what is going on with me. I'm doing the third year of my Masters in Chemistry degree at The University of British Columbia and this has inspired me to start a new blog. I'm hopefully going to be travelling a lot, learning a lot and having a lot of fun and I wanted a brand new blog to celebrate this all.
In case you were wondering, my old blog is www.rachaelisnotwowzie.blogspot.co.uk. I've spent two years posting different reviews, outfit posts etc so I definitely will not delete that blog so if you want a bit of a preview as to the tone of this blog and the type of posts feel free to have a look! From now on though this will be my main blog and I can't wait to get some posts up!
I've got a new twitter, instagram and bloglovin page and I'd absolutely love for you to follow one or all of them.

Thank you so much! It's a tad scary but hopefully will be worth it!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to find out much more about the whole blogging scene in Canada so if you could point me in the direction of some brilliant bloggers I'd really appreciate it!
:)
Oh my goodness! so this little request made me realize I follow very few canadian bloggers! oh dear!
DeleteArielle from A simple elegance is a fantastic writer who I recently came across. Also Dana from thewonderforest.com is amazing at anything blog/internet related!
I also follow some wonderful Canadian beauty youtubers if that is something you are into. MissMikaylaG (Who was actually a childhood friend of my sister's, funnily enough.) As well as essiebutton (although she lives in London!)
So if you have any to share yourself please do!
Many of the blogs I follow happen to be girls from the UK, purely by coincidence! :)
Ah, brilliant! I'll definitely have a cheeky look over at those blogs. I'll let you know if I find anymore Canadian bloggers on my travels :)
DeleteHOW EXCITING! Very jealous of you!
ReplyDeleteMy cousin went travelling over there 3 years ago... he's now got citizenship over there and isn't coming back! Must be a great place to live!
